Parking
The car does not have a fixed parking space, but it has resident parking in Zone A. Here is a list of where experience shows there are available spots:

Charging when handing the car back
The car must be returned with at least the same charging percentage as when it was picked up. If you need to charge at the last minute, you can find a fast charger here:

Charging along the way
Tip: For the car to charge at maximum speed, the batteries must be "warm." It is therefore wise to wait to charge until you have driven for a while. The car's range calculation is quite good, so to shorten the trip, feel free to wait until the battery is at 10-15% before charging. If the car is to be parked overnight, it is faster to charge it before you park than the next morning.
At fast-charging stations, you can use the cable connected to the station. If the charger does not have a charging cable, you will find a charging cable for both charging stations and ordinary outlets in the trunk under the cover.
Questions and Answers
How do I lock and unlock the car? Locking and unlocking is done in the GetAround app. Go to the rental details and you will find the locking button there. You do not need a key to start the car.
The car says the immobilizer is activated? Lock the car in the app and unlock it again. This deactivates the immobilizer.
The car is charging slower than expected? The car adjusts the charging speed depending on the battery temperature and the charging percentage. It charges fastest when it has been driven a little and the charging percentage is under 20%.
The car wont charge and the cable is stuck? This sometimes happens when the charging station fails to start charging. To resolve this do the following:
1. Use the screen or app for the charging station to cancel the charging.
2. Wait a minute or two.
3. If there is no lights on the charging port, try to pull the cable.
4. If the cable is still stuck: Lock and unlock the car twice using the app.
5. Wait two minutes.
